Perform high pulley pulls with your Athena adjustable pulley!

Perform high pulley pulls, ideal for developing your back muscles and biceps.

This compact, easy-to-install accessory lets you benefit from a high pulley with a perfect angle for pulls. The cable, located above your head, enables a vertical pull offering an optimal resistance angle of 90°, compared with 70° for a conventional adjustable pulley. This positioning ensures greater stability and targets your back muscles more effectively, promoting gains in strength and hypertrophy. A straight pulldown bar is included.

You can use your bench or our rowing accessory as a seat and use the Athena leg support to stabilize your body for heavy pulls.
