  • All requests must be sent by email to [email protected] and must include the order number. An incomplete request is put on hold until the missing information is received, within the time limits specific to each commitment.
  • These commercial commitments are in addition to the General Terms of Sale and to the customer's statutory rights, and do not restrict them.
  • Uni Strength reserves the right to modify or suspend these commitments at any time; orders placed before the change remain governed by the terms in force on the date of the order.
