Found the same product cheaper elsewhere? We refund the difference.
1. Principle
Uni Strength undertakes to refund the difference if, within seven (7) days of placing your order on unistrength.fr, you find the same product, available to order and on sale, at a lower total price (all taxes and delivery charges included) from another professional seller.
The guarantee covers the difference between the total price paid on unistrength.fr and the total price of the competing offer, up to the amount paid.
2. Conditions for the competing offer
To be eligible, the competing offer must meet all of the following conditions.
- It must relate to a strictly identical product, in the same quantity and the same packaging.
- For a product of another brand sold by Uni Strength, the competing product must be of the same brand, the same model, the same product reference and the same colour.
- For a Uni Strength branded product, the competing product must be of strictly identical design and have all the technical and manufacturing characteristics stated on the unistrength.fr product page, without exception. This includes in particular, without limitation, the dimensions, the weight and its tolerance, the materials and their composition, the mechanical strength (tensile strength, load capacity), the surface treatments and finish, the colour, the logo or marking, the packaging, the accessories supplied and the manufacturer's warranty. Any difference, however minor, makes the offer ineligible. These characteristics must appear on the page of the competing offer, and the customer must provide proof of this.
- It must relate to a new product, sold in its original packaging, with the manufacturer's warranty.
- It must come from a professional seller with an online shop open to the public, delivering to metropolitan France.
- It must be compared inclusive of all taxes and charges, including delivery, handling and setup, for delivery to the same address and within equivalent lead times.
- It must relate to a product in stock that can be ordered immediately at the time of the claim, excluding pre-orders, announced restocks and out-of-stock items.
- It must be publicly displayed and verifiable online at the time of the claim.
3. Exclusions
- Offers on marketplaces (Amazon, Cdiscount, eBay, Rakuten, Leboncoin and similar) and private sellers.
- Private sales, flash sales, event sales, clearance sales, liquidations, end-of-line items and limited-time promotions.
- Prices reserved for members, account holders or newsletter subscribers, as well as personalised offers or offers obtained with a promotional code.
- Trade prices, wholesale prices, reseller prices, bulk offers and volume orders.
- Used, refurbished, ex-display, customer-returned or downgraded products, or products sold without their original packaging.
- Offers from sellers outside France, in a currency other than the euro, or for which delivery to metropolitan France is not available.
- Obvious pricing errors, as well as offers from a website on which the seller's identity cannot be established (legal notice, SIREN number).
- Bundles, multi-buys and packs, where the unit price of the product concerned cannot be isolated.
- Orders already benefiting from a commercial discount, a promotional code or a welcome offer on unistrength.fr.
- Orders that are cancelled, refunded, returned under the right of withdrawal or the 30-day trial, or unpaid.
4. How to make a claim
The claim must be sent to [email protected] within seven (7) days of the order being confirmed, and must include the following.
- The Uni Strength order number.
- The direct link to the product page of the competing offer.
- A dated screenshot showing the product, the total price with all charges included, availability and the seller's identity.
Any claim that is incomplete, late or relates to an offer that cannot be verified will be rejected. Uni Strength reserves the right to check that the offer cited is genuine and, where appropriate, to place a test order.
5. Refund and limits
If the claim is accepted, the difference is refunded within fourteen (14) days of the claim being approved, credited to the payment method used for the order.
The guarantee is limited to one claim per order and three claims per customer per calendar year.
6. General provisions
- Unless otherwise stated, this commitment does not apply to business orders, public procurement contracts, negotiated quotes or orders placed outside the unistrength.fr website.
- All claims are sent by email to [email protected] and include the order number. An incomplete claim is put on hold until the missing information is received, within the time limits set out above.
- This commercial commitment is in addition to the General Terms of Sale and to the customer's statutory rights, and does not restrict them.
- Uni Strength reserves the right to modify or suspend this commitment at any time; orders placed before the change remain governed by the terms in force on the date of the order.
