How to choose your powerlifting bar?
To start, a straight 20 kg powerlifting bar is enough for all three lifts. Add a deadlift bar if the deadlift is your strong point, a squat bar or a safety squat bar if your shoulders limit the bar position on your back, and a Swiss bar to ease your wrists and shoulders in the bench press.
