RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

How can I return an item?

To return an item by mail (you have 15 days from the date of receipt of your package):

 - Carefully pack the item(s) in an appropriate envelope or package (you can reuse the original packaging if it is not damaged)

 - Complete and attach the return form (downloadable via the link below)

 - Send the item by registered mail to the following address: Efilog Logistique, La Vetillere, 72200 Bazouges Cré sur Loir, France

RETURN FORM

For your protection, the official Uni Strength store advises you to use a delivery service with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

If the return is compliant, we will refund your order within fifteen days (business days). We will refund the full amount of your order (excluding shipping costs paid at the time of order)

Note: Customized products cannot be returned (except in the case of damaged or broken products)

Can I exchange an item?

If you wish to change size or exchange an item, we invite you to place a new order on the site and return the items concerned. You will be delivered more quickly and avoid stock shortages. We are committed to refunding your initial order upon receipt of the return.
