UNI STRENGTH GUARANTEES 100% SECURE PAYMENT
The available payment methods are shown at the payment step: bank card (CB, Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Google Pay, Bancontact, bank transfer, and payment in instalments with Alma or Younited.
Payments are processed by our payment providers over an encrypted connection. Your bank details are never passed on to UNI STRENGHT. Full details are in article 6 of the General Terms of Sale.
Pay in instalments
Three options let you spread the cost of your order. You choose at the payment step, subject to approval of your application by the provider.
- Alma: payment in 2, 3 or 4 instalments by bank card for orders from €50 to €3,000, and in 10 instalments from €1,200 to €3,000. A payment fee of 1.8% is added to the order amount: it corresponds to the commission Alma charges Uni Strength and is passed on to you.
- PayPal: payment in 4 instalments with your PayPal account for orders from €30 to €2,000. A payment fee of 2.5% is added to the order amount: it corresponds to the commission PayPal charges Uni Strength and is passed on to you.
- Younited: payment in 2, 3 or 4 instalments up to €3,000, or financing over 10 to 84 months depending on the amount, from €100. No payment fee added by Uni Strength. The cost of credit (APR) is shown to you by Younited before you sign up.
Payment fees passed on to you appear on a separate line of the order summary, before you confirm your order. Any fees or interest the provider charges you directly remain payable by you: the provider shows them to you before you commit.
Taking out credit is a commitment and it must be repaid. Check that you can afford the repayments before committing.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
How can I return an item?
You have thirty (30) days from receipt of your order to return an item: the first fourteen (14) days under the legal right of withdrawal, then up to the thirtieth day under the 30-day trial.
- Tell us about your return by email at [email protected], with your order number. Within the first 14 days, you can use the withdrawal form.
- Carefully pack the complete item(s) (accessories, nuts and bolts, instructions) in their original packaging or in a suitable box.
- Send the parcel, using a tracked method, to the following address: BSL Dimolog (Bretagne Services Logistiques), 669 rue du Pont, Zone du Haut Montigné, 35370 Torcé, France.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend a tracked service: the parcel travels at your risk until we receive it.
Refund
For a return within 14 days (right of withdrawal), we refund all sums paid, including the original delivery costs at the standard rate, within 14 days of your request. The refund may be deferred until we receive the return or proof that it has been sent. It is made to the payment method used for the order.
For a return from the 15th to the 30th day, the refund terms are those of the 30-day trial.
Please note: personalised or made-to-measure products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged (legal warranties, article 10 of the General Terms of Sale).
Can I exchange an item?
If you would like a different size or to exchange an item, please place a new order on the site and return the items concerned. This way you will receive your delivery faster and avoid running into stock shortages. We undertake to refund your original order under the conditions above.
