A rack, a bench or a cable machine is best judged in use, at home. You have thirty days to make up your mind.
1. Principle
Uni Strength gives you thirty (30) days from delivery to try your equipment at home. If it is not right for you, you can return it and be refunded, under the conditions below.
During the first fourteen (14) days, the return falls under the statutory right of withdrawal, under the conditions set out in the General Terms of Sale. From the fifteenth (15th) to the thirtieth (30th) day, it falls under this commercial commitment, which is in addition to the right of withdrawal and does not replace it.
2. Return conditions
- The product is returned complete, with all its parts, accessories, nuts and bolts and instructions, in its original packaging.
- The product is not damaged. It shows no deterioration, no modification and no signs of wear beyond the use strictly necessary to try it.
- The product has been dismantled and packed for transport by the customer.
Uni Strength reserves the right to reduce the amount refunded in proportion to the loss of value observed if the product is returned incomplete, damaged, without its original packaging or with signs of use beyond a simple trial.
3. Exclusions
The exclusions below apply to the commercial commitment, from the fifteenth (15th) to the thirtieth (30th) day. During the first fourteen (14) days, the statutory right of withdrawal applies under the conditions set out in the General Terms of Sale.
- Personalised or made-to-measure products.
- Floor tiles and flooring that have been cut, glued or laid.
- Hygiene products or products in direct contact with the skin whose packaging has been opened (belts, gloves, grips, straps and similar).
- End-of-line, clearance, ex-display, customer-returned or downgraded products.
- Gift cards.
4. Procedure
- The request is sent by email to [email protected] within thirty (30) days of delivery, with the order number and the products concerned. Uni Strength then sends you the return form and the return address.
- The return is arranged by the customer, using a tracked shipping service, within fourteen (14) days of the request.
- Return costs are borne by the customer.
- For a return made under the commercial commitment, from the fifteenth (15th) to the thirtieth (30th) day, the original shipping costs are also borne by the customer. Delivery charges paid with the order are not refunded and, if delivery was free, the shipping cost actually incurred by Uni Strength is deducted from the amount refunded.
5. Refund
The refund is made within fourteen (14) days of receipt and inspection of the returned product, to the payment method used for the order.
A product returned under the 30-day trial is no longer eligible for the Best Price Guarantee or the Price Drop Guarantee. The 30-day trial is limited to one return per product per customer.
6. General provisions
- Unless otherwise stated, this commitment does not apply to business orders, public procurement contracts, negotiated quotes or orders placed outside the unistrength.fr website.
- All requests must be sent by email to [email protected] and must include the order number. An incomplete request is put on hold until the missing information is received, within the time limits set out above.
- This commercial commitment is in addition to the General Terms of Sale and to the customer's statutory rights, and does not restrict them.
- Uni Strength reserves the right to modify or suspend this commitment at any time; orders placed before the change remain governed by the terms in force on the date of the order.
