Frequently asked questions

Plate-loaded or weight stack pulley?

Plate-loaded, you use your Olympic plates and pay less. A weight stack changes the load by moving a pin, which is faster between sets.

Do I need a rack for a cable crossover?

CS-1 pulleys attach to the CS-1 rack. Athéna pulley racks are freestanding.
