Pro Series Cable Attachment Pack, 2 D-Handles, Triangle and V-Bar

With this pack, a single pulley is enough to chain pulls, rows, flyes, lateral raises, curls and triceps extensions. All four attachments are made of steel, from our Pro Series and XL ranges.

What the pack contains

• 2 Pro Series rotating D-handles, black steel, 1.5 kg each, knurled Ø 25 mm grip, 360° swivel. See the pair of rotating D-handles.
• 1 Pro Series triangle handle, black steel, 3 kg, knurled bars, 21 x 16 x 16 cm. See the triangle row handle.
• 1 XL V-bar, steel, 1.2 kg, 27 x 33 cm, ball ends. See the V-bar for triceps and biceps.

Which exercises? Target muscles

• D-handles, cable crossover flyes for the chest, lateral raises for the shoulders, single-arm rows, curls and triceps extensions.
• Triangle handle, seated low cable rows and close-grip pulldowns, for back thickness.
• V-bar, triceps pushdowns on the high pulley and biceps curls on the low pulley.
