1:1 ratio and a small footprint, what makes the difference

1:1 ratio. 10 kg loaded on the pin gives 10 kg of resistance on the cable. The load is easy to set and to progress, plate by plate.

Mounted on your rack. The pulley fits onto the CS-Basic rack. It stands 218 cm tall for a 212 cm rack and adds only 43.1 cm of depth, with no extra machine in the room.

Your Olympic plates. 20.9 cm pins on each side for Ø 50 mm plates, iron or bumper.

A complete pulley system for your CS-Basic Power Rack

The CS-Basic High/Low Pulley turns your squat rack into a truly versatile weight-training station. Once fitted, it lets you move from lat pulldowns to curls, triceps extensions and rows without changing machine, with a small footprint.

Loading is done with 50 mm Olympic plates, so you can reuse the plates already in your gym. The steel frame and cable system deliver smooth movement and constant resistance throughout the full range, in both the high and the low position.

Why add a pulley to your CS-Basic rack?

This accessory is aimed at lifters who already own a CS-Basic rack and want to get more out of their sessions without investing in a dedicated machine. It naturally complements the squats, bench presses and pull-ups performed on the rack, adding the guided pulling work that is essential for the back and arms.

More broadly, a cable pulley provides continuous muscular tension and a level of movement control that free weights alone cannot offer, making it an ideal complement for progress in hypertrophy as well as in rehabilitation.

Which exercises can you do with the CS-Basic pulley?

The high position suits lat pulldowns, triceps extensions and cable crunches. The low position lets you work biceps curls, seated rows and leg raises. This dual configuration covers the essential pulling movements for the back, arms and shoulders.

Installation and compatibility

The pulley attaches to the CS-Basic rack (5 x 5 cm uprights, 2.5 cm holes). Allow about 25 cm of clearance behind the pulley to load the plates.

It is compatible with the CS-Basic storage extension, which adds 8 plate holders, 2 bar holders and extra stability to the rack. It is also available in the CS-Basic + Dips + high/low pulley + J-cups and CS-Basic + Dips + pulley + J-cups + extension packs.
