Why the matt black finish changes the lifespan
An adjustable dumbbell leads a hard life: sweat, friction in the mechanism, repeated knocks against its base. The coating is what takes all of that first. The matt black finish was chosen for that reason: it resists corrosion better than chrome, and the plates deform less over repeated re-seating.

Usage and safety advice
- Always open the dumbbells from underneath. Incorrect opening can compromise the durability of the product and void the warranty.
- Do not drop these dumbbells on the floor: the selection mechanism is not designed to take drops.
- To change the load, rotate with the dumbbell resting on its base. Do not lift the handle, even slightly, during the rotation, at the risk of damaging the mechanism.
Complete it with the dedicated stand
