With the short bolt you load up to 16.5 kg, ideal for swings, goblet squats and technical work. With the long bolt you go up to 33 kg for clean and press, heavy snatches and strength movements.

The load balance is designed to reproduce the feel of a traditional kettlebell, with the centre of gravity below the handle. The 28 mm handle gives a natural grip.
