Our uprights and frames are built to take gym-level loads. We guarantee them for the whole life of your equipment.
1. Principle
Uni Strength guarantees the uprights and frame of its Uni Strength branded racks, cages, benches and machines for life against breakage and deformation resulting from a defect in materials or manufacture.
2. Parts covered
The warranty covers the uprights and frame only. Welds are not covered by the warranty, including those on the uprights and frame. All other parts are excluded, in particular nuts and bolts, removable crossmembers and pull-up bars, J-hooks, safety spotter arms and supports, cables, pulleys, rollers and bearings, weights and weight stacks, upholstery and foam, handles and accessories, as well as paint, coating and finish.
3. Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear, corrosion, scratches, paint chips and cosmetic damage.
- Damage resulting from assembly not in accordance with the instructions, from any modification, unauthorised repair, drilling or welding carried out by the customer or a third party.
- Damage resulting from improper use, exceeding the load capacity stated on the product page, a dropped load, an impact, or installation outdoors or in a damp room.
- Damage occurring during transport or a house move carried out by the customer.
- Use in a gym, club, institution or any professional or commercial setting.
- Used, end-of-line, ex-display or downgraded products.
4. Beneficiary
The warranty is reserved for the original purchaser, on presentation of the unistrength.fr purchase invoice. It is not transferable if the product is resold.
5. How to claim
- The claim is sent by email to [email protected], with the order number, a description of the defect and photos of the part or parts concerned and of the installation.
- Once the claim is approved, Uni Strength supplies an identical or equivalent replacement part free of charge. The warranty gives no entitlement to a refund, to an exchange of the complete product or to compensation.
- More than two (2) years after delivery, the shipping costs of the replacement part are borne by the customer. Dismantling and reassembly are carried out by the customer.
- If the part is no longer manufactured, Uni Strength offers a compatible part or, failing that, a store voucher worth the price of the part.
6. Statutory guarantees
This commercial warranty is in addition to the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), which the customer continues to benefit from independently.
7. General provisions
- Unless otherwise stated, this commitment does not apply to business orders, public procurement contracts, negotiated quotes or orders placed outside the unistrength.fr website.
- All requests must be sent by email to [email protected] and must include the order number. An incomplete request is put on hold until the missing information is received, within the time limits set out above.
- This commercial commitment is in addition to the General Terms of Sale and to the customer's statutory rights, and does not restrict them.
- Uni Strength reserves the right to modify or suspend this commitment at any time; orders placed before the change remain governed by the terms in force on the date of the order.
