Price dropped after you bought? You lose nothing: you get the difference as a store voucher.
1. Principle
If Uni Strength lowers the price of a product on unistrength.fr, or puts it on sale, within ninety (90) days of your order, and the same order, rebuilt item for item, would now cost less than when you bought it, you receive a store voucher for the amount of the difference.
2. Comparison on a strictly identical order
- The comparison is made on the order as a whole, not product by product. The order is rebuilt identically at the prices in force on unistrength.fr at the time of the request, with the same products and product references, the same variants and colours, the same quantities, the same address and the same delivery method.
- The two amounts are compared inclusive of all taxes and charges, including delivery. The reference amount is the total actually paid, after deduction of any discount, promotional code or voucher applied to the order.
- The new price must be displayed on unistrength.fr and available to any visitor, without a code or any special condition. The website's automatic discounts (rack configurator, pack bundle discounts) are applied to the rebuilt order under the same conditions as at the time of purchase.
- The store voucher is equal to the difference between the total paid and the total of the rebuilt order. If the rebuilt order is not cheaper overall, no voucher is due, even if the price of one of the products has dropped.
3. Exclusions
- Prices obtained with a promotional code, a personal offer, a partner code or a referral.
- Tiered offers and discounts calculated on the amount or quantity of the order, except those that already applied at the time of purchase.
- Trade prices, negotiated quotes and volume orders.
- End-of-line, clearance, ex-display, customer-returned or downgraded products.
- Obvious pricing errors.
- Gift cards and payment fees.
- Orders that are cancelled, unpaid, returned or that have been fully or partially refunded under the right of withdrawal or the 30-day trial.
- Products that have already been refunded under the Best Price Guarantee.
4. How to make a request
The guarantee does not apply automatically. The customer must report the price drop by email to [email protected], within ninety (90) days of the order being confirmed, stating the order number and the product or products whose price has dropped. No request can be considered after this period or through any other channel. Uni Strength checks the price history over the period and rebuilds the order to calculate the difference.
5. Store voucher and limits
- If the request is accepted, the store voucher is issued and sent by email within fourteen (14) days of the request being approved.
- It is valid for twelve (12) months, single use on unistrength.fr, issued in your name, non-transferable, non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash.
- No change is given if the order total is less than the voucher's value.
- The guarantee is limited to one request per order.
6. General provisions
- Unless otherwise stated, this commitment does not apply to business orders, public procurement contracts, negotiated quotes or orders placed outside the unistrength.fr website.
- All requests must be sent by email to [email protected] and must include the order number. An incomplete request is put on hold until the missing information is received, within the time limits set out above.
- This commercial commitment is in addition to the General Terms of Sale and to the customer's statutory rights, and does not restrict them.
- Uni Strength reserves the right to modify or suspend this commitment at any time; orders placed before the change remain governed by the terms in force on the date of the order.
