1. Principle
All equipment sold on unistrength.fr is guaranteed for two (2) years from delivery against lack of conformity. Uni Strength handles the warranty directly, without referring you to the manufacturer.
2. What Uni Strength does
- A single point of contact for any request, at [email protected].
- Where the defect concerns a part, Uni Strength sends the replacement part, without you having to return the complete product.
- The shipping costs of the parts and, where applicable, of returning the product are covered by Uni Strength.
3. Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage resulting from assembly not in accordance with the instructions, from any modification or unauthorised repair.
- Damage resulting from abnormal use or use not in line with the product's intended purpose, in particular dropping products not designed to be dropped (dumbbells, plates or accessories that are not drop-rated), impacts and falls.
- Exceeding the load capacity stated on the product page.
4. How to claim
The claim is sent by email to [email protected], with the order number, a description of the defect and photos or a short video showing the problem.
5. General provisions
- Unless otherwise stated, this commitment does not apply to business orders, public procurement contracts, negotiated quotes or orders placed outside the unistrength.fr website.
- All requests must be sent by email to [email protected] and must include the order number. An incomplete request is put on hold until the missing information is received, within the time limits set out above.
- This commercial commitment is in addition to the General Terms of Sale and to the customer's statutory rights, and does not restrict them.
- Uni Strength reserves the right to modify or suspend this commitment at any time; orders placed before the change remain governed by the terms in force on the date of the order.
