Use and benefits
These plates are made for methodical progression in strength training and weightlifting. The ±10 g tolerance guarantees that the stated load is the real load, which matters in progressive overload cycles, record attempts and rehabilitation. The colour code eliminates mistakes during quick load changes. Load the precision plates after the main plates, as close as possible to the collars, and check the tightening before heavy sets.
The steel withstands daily gym use. The rubber coating protects the bar, the floor and the plates from one another, with no special care required.
