The adjustable dumbbell that feels like a fixed dumbbell!
Our quick-adjust dumbbells give you the feel of a fixed dumbbell, without the drawbacks of long-screw and metal-rod systems. No more tedious dismantling or bars getting in the way at the end of a heavy set: simply loosen the knurled screw a few centimetres to adjust the load in seconds, without removing it completely.
Designed for demanding lifters, the Steel pair combines the solidity and authentic feel of non-adjustable cast iron dumbbells with the flexibility of an upgradeable system. The knurled screw locks the plates perfectly, with no play, even on explosive movements such as rows or bench presses.
The flat side design lets you rest the dumbbells safely on your thighs. The knurled steel handle ensures a firm, comfortable grip for optimal control. The plates are held securely by two grooved safety pins, preventing any rattling or accidental movement during training.
Their square shape prevents rolling, improves stability on the floor and makes them perfect for exercises such as Renegade Rows. Made entirely of metal, they are built to last and support your progress over the long term.
The extra weights (1 kg and 2 kg) allow gradual progression in 2 kg steps up to 65 kg. The optional extension kit increases the load from 36 to 45 kg, or even 65 kg.
For even more versatility, a compatible kettlebell handle and a dedicated storage stand are also available.
Pack contents:
Long screw adjustable dumbbells impose a ritual. Unscrew completely, pull the rod, count the plates, put it all back. In a superset session, that ritual costs more time than the exercise.
Here you loosen the knurled screw by a few centimetres and adjust the load. The screw never comes all the way out. The change happens between two sets, not between two exercises.
That is the usual complaint about adjustable dumbbells. A rod sticking out, an odd balance, play that rattles at the end of a heavy set.
The flat side design lets you rest the dumbbells on your thighs before a press, just like cast iron ones. The knurled screw locks the plates with no play, including on rows and bench press where the load changes direction abruptly.
An adjustable dumbbell left on the floor gets picked up in a rounded back position, with 36 kg at arm's length. The stand puts the load at grip height and removes that move, which is the most dangerous of the session while not being part of it.
It also stores the pair upright, which counts when the setup shares the room with something other than a gym.
Five packs cover the range, on two criteria, the maximum load per dumbbell and whether the kettlebell handle is included.
| Pack | Load per dumbbell | Kettlebell handle |
|---|---|---|
| 4 to 36 kg + stand | 4 to 36 kg | No |
| 4 to 36 kg + stand + kettlebell | 4 to 36 kg | Yes |
| 4 to 45 kg + stand | 4 to 45 kg | No |
| 4 to 45 kg + stand + kettlebell | 4 to 45 kg | Yes |
| 4 to 53 kg + stand + kettlebell | 4 to 53 kg | Yes |
The pair of 100% steel adjustable dumbbells from 4 to 36 kg per dumbbell (72 kg the pair) and the dedicated storage stand.
By loosening the knurled screw by a few centimetres, without ever removing it completely: the change takes a few seconds between two sets. Two grooved safety pins hold the plates with no rattle.
The flat side design lets you rest the dumbbells on your thighs before a press, the knurled screw locks the plates with no play even on rows and the bench press, and the square shape prevents rolling, ideal for Renegade Rows.
Yes, an optional extension kit takes you from 36 to 45 kg, or even 65 kg, with additional 1 and 2 kg weights in 2 kg increments. A compatible kettlebell handle is also available.
Check the tightness of the knurled screw before every set, set both dumbbells to the same load, put the dumbbells back on the stand rather than on the floor, and use protective flooring.
