Two heights are available. 236 cm for a full height cage, 204 cm when the ceiling sets the rules, in a basement or under a sloping roof.

Every hole carries a laser-cut number. You find your J-cup setting again from one session to the next without guessing, and you line both uprights up identically first time.

Usage and safety tips
- Tighten the hardware to the recommended torque and re-tighten after the first sessions.
- Line both uprights up on the same hole number before every heavy set.
- Anchor or ballast the cage as soon as you work at maximum load.
- Check the tightness periodically, especially after moving the rack.
