Ideal for weight training and cross-training, these tiles absorb shocks and reduce vibrations, protecting your equipment and limiting noise pollution. Their ultra-resistant double layer (coarse and fine grain) ensures maximum stability for heavy exercises such as squats or deadlifts. Easy to install without glue and simple to clean, these tiles are available in thicknesses of 15 mm, 25 mm or 30 mm to meet the needs of all sports facilities. Also available as an interlocking puzzle tile in 15 mm.
The protective rubber tiles are the ideal solution for creating a workout platform or protecting your floors and equipment. Designed to absorb shock and reduce vibration, these tiles offer optimum safety for weight training, cross-training and intensive training areas.
| Thickness | Recommended use | Weight per tile | Density |
|---|---|---|---|
| 15 mm | Machine and equipment area | approx. 14 kg | 980 kg/m³ |
| 25 mm | Versatile home gym | approx. 23 kg | 960 kg/m³ |
| 30 mm | Bar drops, weightlifting | approx. 27 kg | 950 kg/m³ |
These double-layer compressed rubber tiles are specially designed to withstand impact and demanding exercise:
These rubber floor tiles are designed for optimum versatility in gyms, cross-training areas or weightlifting zones. Their robust composition and non-slip surface ensure a safe, high-performance environment, while protecting your facilities.
Each tile measures 100 x 100 cm and covers 1 m². Allow 6 tiles for a 2 x 3 m deadlift platform and 12 tiles for a 3 x 4 m room.
Three thicknesses are available: 15, 25 and 30 mm. The 15 mm suits an equipment and machine area. The 25 mm is the right compromise for a versatile home gym. The 30 mm is the one to choose if you drop loaded bars on the floor, in deadlifts or weightlifting.
Each tile measures 100 x 100 cm and therefore covers 1 sq m. Orders are placed by minimum quantity: 4 tiles for the 15 mm thickness and 2 tiles for the 30 mm. For a deadlift platform, allow 4 to 6 sq m depending on the length of your bar.
No, no adhesive is needed on a stable floor. The weight and density of the tiles are enough to hold them in place. The floor does need to be flat, otherwise the tiles warp and wear prematurely at the joints.
No. The 15, 25 and 30 mm tiles are cut with a utility knife to fit your room. Trim the last row to the dimensions of your floor and cut around walls, pillars or corners. It is simple, more economical, and gives a made-to-measure finish. For a clean cut, especially in 25 and 30 mm, use a new blade and a metal ruler, and make several passes.
The double layer compressed rubber absorbs impact and limits the transmission of vibration into the building structure, which noticeably reduces disturbance for neighbours or the floor below. No tile completely removes the noise of a dropped bar; the 30 mm thickness is the most effective on this point.
The fine grain top layer is maintained with a vacuum cleaner or a mop, with no special product. The density, from 980 kg per cubic metre in 15 mm to 950 kg per cubic metre in 30 mm, prevents the surface from denting under heavy loads and so keeps its appearance over time.
These tiles are used to build a lifting platform or to protect the floor and equipment, in a home gym, a commercial gym, a Cross Training area or a weightlifting zone. Their anti-slip surface gives stability on heavy exercises such as squats and deadlifts, while absorbing impacts.
The standard tile is laid edge to edge and comes in 15, 25 and 30 mm. The interlocking puzzle tile clicks together and limits gaps, in 15 mm. For dropping loaded barbells, choose the standard tile in 30 mm.
Our tiles are made of compressed rubber from 950 to 980 kg/m³ and weigh 14 to 27 kg. Unlike EVA foam tiles, this density limits compression under load and keeps the surface flat over time.
