This pack brings together the pair of 100% steel HR-36P adjustable dumbbells from 4 to 36 kg, their storage stand, the adjustable kettlebell handle and the HRBD bar. The HR-36P is the fine-adjustment version of the steel adjustable dumbbells: 1 kg increments thanks to the 500 g micro-weights supplied, versus 2 kg for the HR-36. The dumbbells adjust in 1 kg increments by loosening the knurled screw a few centimetres, without removing it; two grooved safety pins hold the plates with no play or rattle, even during rows and bench presses. The square weights do not roll on the floor and the flat side design lets you rest the dumbbells on your thighs. Load range: 4 to 36 kg per dumbbell, then expandable to 45, 53, 61 and 65 kg with the 4-screw extension set and extra 2 kg weights. The HRBD bar completes the set: a 100% metal quick-change adjustable bar, 87 cm long (11 kg empty, 35 mm knurled grip, square anti-roll head), supplied without plates and loaded with the square plates of the dumbbells, adjusted with a knurled screw in about ten seconds, up to 29 kg with the standard screw and 58 kg with the extension screw. It replaces an EZ bar and a straight bar for curls, skull crushers or rows.
