A complete home gym in a single order

This configuration brings together the five items of the HR-36P ecosystem. It suits setups where the dumbbell is not an add-on but the backbone of the programme: strength on compound movements up to 61 kg apiece, unilateral work, isolation to the kilo, and ballistic conditioning with the kettlebell handle.

With 48 kg of additional plates in reserve, the kettlebell can still be loaded across its whole range even when the dumbbells are set up heavy. It is the only tier in the range where the two tools genuinely work in parallel, with no trade-off on the stock of iron.

What this actually replaces

Covering 4 to 61 kg in 1 kg increments with fixed dumbbells would take about sixty pairs. Adding three or four kettlebells for explosive work pushes the investment and the footprint to a level incompatible with a domestic space. Here, two handles, one kettlebell handle and a rack are enough.
