Each plate has a diameter of 450 mm, meeting the IWF standard. Our plates use a reinforced stainless steel insert, which allows strong durability and prevents the insert from coming loose in the first few uses. 

The high-density virgin rubber used extends the life of the bumpers, and its low thickness lets you load more weight on your bars. Unlike recycled rubber plates, which bounce very high, our plates have minimal bounce and a neutral smell. 

These weights let you train while limiting the risk of damaging your floor and your equipment.
