This pack combines the pair of 100% steel adjustable dumbbells HR-36P from 4 to 45 kg, their storage stand, the adjustable kettlebell handle and the HRBD bar. The HR-36P is the fine-adjustment version of the steel adjustable dumbbells: 1 kg increments thanks to the supplied 500 g micro-weights, versus 2 kg for the HR-36. The dumbbells adjust in 1 kg increments by loosening the knurled screw a few centimetres without removing it; two grooved safety pins hold the plates with no play and no rattle, even on rows and bench press. The square plates do not roll on the floor and the flat side design lets you rest the dumbbells on your thighs. Load range: 4 to 45 kg per dumbbell, later expandable to 45, 53, 61 and then 65 kg with the 4-screw extension set and the additional 2 kg plates. The HRBD bar completes the set: an 87 cm all-metal quick-change adjustable bar (11 kg empty, 35 mm knurled grip, square anti-roll head), delivered without plates and loaded with the dumbbells' square plates, adjusted with a knurled screw in about ten seconds, up to 29 kg with the standard screw and 58 kg with the extension screw. It replaces an EZ bar and a straight bar for curls, skull crushers or rows.
