Shipping Your Order
At Uni Strength, we take pride in processing your order as quickly as possible. We commit to preparing your order within a maximum of 24 business hours after receiving your payment. Generally, delivery times range from 48 hours to 7 business days for orders placed on our online store. If you order a bulky package or a pallet, our partner carrier will contact you by SMS to schedule an appointment. To facilitate this process, we invite you to provide your phone number when entering your details and to schedule an appointment via the internet link sent by SMS. In case of unforeseen circumstances, such as stock shortages, public holidays, strikes, or adverse weather conditions, we commit to contacting you within 24 business hours to offer an alternative or inform you of the actual delivery time. We remain at your disposal for any questions or requests for assistance.
Receiving Your Order
When you receive your order from Uni Strength, it is important to check the contents of your package or pallet before accepting delivery. If you notice a problem or damage, please report it immediately to the carrier by noting the details on the delivery note that will be presented to you for signature. Please note that mentions such as "subject to unpacking" or "packaging in good condition" will not be taken into account in case of dispute. If you judge that there is significant and/or irreversible damage or defect, it is strongly recommended to refuse the delivery. Reservations must be made by the customer (the recipient) and are mandatory. By accepting goods without prior verification or without making reservations, you are fully responsible. If a problem is not reported at the time of delivery, we will not be able to accept your claim.
