The 75 x 75 mm (3 x 3") format is the reference for high-end racks. 25 mm (1") holes have taken over from 16 mm (5/8"), but many existing accessories are still 16 mm. With the keyhole pattern, you do not have to choose: you get access to both ranges and a wider choice of brands. It is the most compatible and most modular upright on the market.

Which height should you choose?

Height Recommended ceiling Use
204 cm 220 to 240 cm Garages, basements, home gyms
236 cm 250 cm and above High ceilings, commercial gyms, more room for pull-ups

Low ceiling? The CS-1 multi-grip pull-up bar is reversible: mount it upside down to gain height.

To connect your uprights, the CS-1 rack crossmembers come in 41, 76 and 104 cm, with the same hole pattern and the same finishes.

Black or varnished steel finish

Black: a uniform, understated black finish.

Varnished steel: each upright is varnished individually, directly on the steel. The steel itself gives the look, so the appearance varies from one upright to another (shades, reflections, marks from metalworking). That is its whole charm: no two uprights are identical.

Why 25 mm hardware throughout the rack?

To cut costs, many racks use 16 mm bolts or reduce the diameter of some holes. As a result, crossmembers cannot be fixed at every height and the structure is less robust. On the CS-1, the hole pattern is uniform on the uprights and the crossmembers, and the hardware is 25 mm everywhere. You fix your crossmembers and accessories exactly where you want, for a more stable, more robust and more modular rack.

Frequently asked questions

Are the CS-1 uprights compatible with other brands?

Yes, in the compatibility version. The keyhole pattern accepts accessories for 75 x 75 mm (3 x 3") uprights in 25 mm (1") as well as 16 mm (5/8"). The standard version is compatible with the whole CS-1 range.

Are the uprights sold individually?

No, they are sold as a pair (2 uprights of the same height, hole pattern and finish).

Which height should I choose for my ceiling?

204 cm for a ceiling of 220 to 240 cm, 236 cm for a ceiling of 250 cm and above.

Why don't my varnished steel uprights look exactly like the photos?

The varnish is applied directly on the steel, which remains visible. Each upright therefore has a unique look: this is a characteristic of the finish, not a defect.

Can I add accessories later?

Yes. Holes on all 4 sides and over the full height let you add crossmembers, hooks, a pulley, dip bars or a Smith Machine at any time.
