Monolift is easily adjustable, compact, and equipped with a spring mechanism that eliminates the need for cumbersome counterweight systems.

This Monolift is radically different - its springs allow the hooks to automatically move away as soon as the bar is lifted and stay in place until you are ready to rerack, without the use of cumbersome counterweights. Because the hooks fold back quickly, you can start your movement immediately without delay for safely reracking your bar. The angled hooks make it easier to reposition your bar and are also lined with UHMW plastic to protect it.

The spring system of this Monolift makes this accessory more responsive. It folds back more quickly than counterweight systems and is lighter and more compact, making it easy to adjust.
